Hotel Review: Rating: 4.8/5 Our stay at this charming family hotel was exceptional. Everything was top-notch, from the service to the comfort of the accommodations. Indulging in the excellent breakfast each morning was a true delight for all guests. Fresh products and a diverse selection truly pleased our taste buds. The fact that the hotel offers complimentary parking was a major plus. It allowed us to unwind and enjoy our vacation without worrying about parking. The hotel had a beautiful beach, a 15-20 minute bike ride away. The added convenience was that bicycles were freely available to guests. This allowed us to explore the surroundings in a fun way and enjoy the beauty of nature. We were particularly impressed by the kindness of the hotel owners. They were always ready to assist and provide recommendations for food, interesting tours, and activities. Their attentiveness truly enhanced the overall experience. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended for family getaways and relaxation.

Bernard and Simona were fantastic and took good care of us during our stay. We chose the option to have meals included and throughly enjoyed the food. There is a excellent buffet of salad items as well as the other food on the menu that is written in English, Italian, French and German. The rooms are great and wonderfully cleaned by Alessandra. I stayed just one evening with my boyfriend, booking through Wonderbox and I had a very good time, unlike other hotels that just by hearing Wonderbox made excuses or added extra things to pay for. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and practical, the location very convenient. Overall it was a pleasant experience, I would definitely go back, and maybe next time I would also try the breakfast which looked very inviting!

Staying at Casa Portofino was the best choice we could have ever made and we would choose it again with our eyes closed! We found a real family in Bernard and all the staff. Friendly, kind, affable, professional and helpful people; always ready to give advice and suggestions and to treat us as if we were more than just customers. It's not easy to find people like that. The hotel is a little gem; welcoming, clean and in an extraordinary location (30 meters from the main street but far enough away to enjoy the quiet). Already upon entering the reception (welcoming, with attention to the smallest details and furnished as if it were a beach house) you feel pampered and understand that Casa Portofino is very different from the vast majority of hotels in the vicinity. Lastly, although there is still so much to say, I cannot fail to mention the breakfast; so plentiful, varied and tasty that you forget you are in a "simple" 3 star hotel. By staying at Casa Portofino you have the possibility of reserving a place at Bagno Adriatico 62 (lido owned by them). Here too, as with the hotel, we can only highly recommend it. Clean beach, equipped for adults and children and managed by incredibly friendly and kind staff (we were shocked by the professionalism and kindness of the guys who are always ready to welcome you with a smile). Special mention goes to the kitchen. We have often wondered why a lido with such refined, good, varied and tasty cuisine is not also open for dinner (it would have been far better than many restaurants in which we dined in Cesenatico).
